Eva McLellan is the Head of Business Strategy, Transformation & Innovation and a member of the Roche BeLux leadership team. In her current role, Eva is responsible for the formulation and delivery of business strategy and transformation vision, including Digital Strategy and Personalized Healthcare. Prior to Belgium, she was serving as a global business leader in the pipeline product strategy organization in Basel, Switzerland, leading teams commercializing innovative science in Oncology, Hematology and Rare Diseases.

Eva is passionate about commercialization of innovative science, personalized healthcare, and leading transformations in organizaitons and health systems. She has a particular interest in heath data and women’s health.

Eva completed her Masters, and Honors Bachelor of Science Degrees, both at the University of Toronto in Canada. She has over 15 years working in biotechnology.
