She is a global IT leader with 20+ years of experience in multinational manufacturing companies.

Fathia started her career as a researcher at the university and subsequently worked as a consultant before transitioning to the automotive industry where she headed several IT positions.

She currently serves as Head of IT, Digital and Innovation at Saria industries, one of the leaders in the circular economy.
