We need a food revolution to be able to feed the world of tomorrow in a safe & sustainable way. Importantly, we now have the technologies to make it happen. We still need investments into research, into innovation, into education to accelerate this change and we also need demonstrators for these new solutions. We can rely on these incredibly disruptive new digital technologies to create a transparent & more efficient food industry. But the most important part lies with all of us. As consumers, we are connected together by the same traceable food system and we are the driver of this Industry 4.0 that should enable a safer & more sustainable food supply chain.
