To drive Lean and Digitalization, we must think like influencers – because real transformation is about people, not just processes or methods.

As a Lean Influencer, keynote speaker, and podcast guest, I inspire people at all levels, from shopfloor to top management, to embrace Lean and Digital transformation by leading with purpose.
The magic of SMART LEARNING – including AI – connects generations, from Baby Boomers to the TikTok generation – by making learning more human, relevant, and experience-driven. It´s not about pushing content, but creating learning moments that engage, resonate, and drive real change.

This mindset is what shaped my journey – from Change Agent to Lean Influcencer.

Currently I´m driving our Consumer Products factories at BSH Home Appliances to become lighthouses in Lean, Digitalization, and Automation/Technologies where SMART LEARNING empowers teams to adapt, improve and grow continously.

– I also contribute to building the new BSH Learning Campus in Traunreut, where SMART LEARNING extended my knowledge and takes a tangible shape through:

– Lean process design and management skills that I learnt while managing the production architecture of BSH cooking division. There I understood how complexity can be broken down by following Lean Principles and using SMART LEARNING to explain complex content to our organization.

– A diverse background, while working on different areas (production, logistics, supplier development, IE, & Lean), different cultures (Poland, Mexico, Germany), different industries (OEM, automotive suppliers, consumer industry), and different companies (Audi, Hella, and Bosch).

I strongly believe in entrepreneurship, an attitude learnt during my experience as the co-founder of a meat factory in Mexico as well as co-founder of a marble household brand LuHoM.
