Ina Dimireva started her career at Arup as a Smart Cities Consultant, advising local authorities on their digital strategy creation and implementation. She focused on stakeholder engagement, challenge-driven procurement, and the adoption of innovative technologies and approaches to achieve councils’ wider strategic goals.

Ina is now a Programme Manager in Arup’s global Digital Transformation team, helping shape and drive the firm’s digital transformation through the implementation of programmes that enable colleagues to develop new skills and tools, and apply innovative thinking to problem-solving.

Ina’s interests lie in how organisations and people undergo transformation and what leadership means in an age of complexity.
