Najeeb has more than 25 years of experience in consumer-based product and firmware development. In his role as Head of Connected Experiences and Software at BAT, Najeeb is responsible for leading a team that is focused on developing cutting-edge technology aimed at enabling seamless digital experiences across a network of interconnected devices and services.

Prior to joining BAT, Najeeb held the position of Senior Technology Manager at Hive where he oversaw the development of Vision and Security IoT devices. Najeeb’s academic background includes a degree in Industrial Electronics from N.E.D. University of Engineering & Technology, Karachi.
