Dr. Chang-gang Zhang is the Vice President of Technology at JACS Solutions, Inc.  Dr. Zhang has more than 30 years of experience in research and development, product engineering, and program management. An expert in wireless access and IoT technologies, Dr. Zhang specializes in wireless networking (LTE, MIMO, CA, and Nb-IoT), packet data core networks, VOIP, IMS, and RF planning and optimization. Prior to joining JACS Solutions, Dr. Zhang oversaw several handset product lines for the U.S. market with Qualcomm. Most recently, he was the Chief Technology Officer for Foxx Development, Inc., a global manufacturer of wireless communications devices, where he was responsible for product management and delivery.
