Dr Al Salour is a Boeing Technical Fellow and the enterprise leader for Network Enabled Manufacturing and Supply Chain technologies.

He is responsible for a systems approach to develop, integrate, and implement sensor-based systems for Manufacturing and Safety process optimization.

Al serves as the research investigator with national and international premiere universities and research labs.

He is the Chairman of the ASME Committee in Prognostics and Health Management of Production Machinery. He is also an IEEE Wireless Standards Interest Group Member.

He has 24 patents and 2 trade secrets in manufacturing and safety systems.
