Igino Cafiero is the CEO and founder of Bear Flag Robotics, which builds and develops autonomous technology for farm tractors. Prior to founding that company, which was acquired by Deere & Company in August 2021 and is now run as an independent subsidiary, he was an early engineer at Insieme Networks, and in 2007 he founded his first company, a profitable automotive parts marketing company amid the Great Recession. Igino earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical and computer engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, a master’s in electrical engineering from Stanford University, and a master’s in business administration from The Wharton School.
