Kristin has over 8 years of experience in pet care innovation, strategy and planning and leverages this experience to redefine what it means to care for our pets through the Petivity brand. As product manager, Kristin orchestrates all aspects of the product lifecycle from value proposition definition to product delivery. She has a proven track record of working collaboratively across business and technical domains to clearly communicate business plans and the roadmaps that will help realize those plans. For the Petivity suite of products, Kristin works with a variety of disciplines and domains including UX research and design, AI/ML, cloud, mobile app development, web development, marketing, manufacturing, and sales teams. Kristin leans on her design roots to stay focused on the end user and to find creative, pragmatic ways to solve problems and deliver business results.
